This unique non-chemical decaffeination process uses the clear waters from the highest mountains in Mexico, to gently remove the caffeine from the green beans. The resulting coffee is fresh, full bodied with fruity notes and a natural sweetness for a smooth finish.

Using our Sage coffee machine, we have tried lots of different coffee beans, including a number of decaffeinated ones. In our opinion, this is the best decaf we have tried. In fact, I have tried it as espresso and it is the only decaf I have tried as espresso where, unless someone told you it was decaf, you wouldn't know. At least that is my experience/opinion. If you like an espresso that is not too strong, but rather smooth, with a lingering, pleasant after-taste, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these beans.
I attach a picture showing the nice crema you get on the espresso. This was before I added frothy milk to make a really nice cappuccino.
