Q: Do we roast our beans?

A: No we do not roast ourselves, we work extremely close with one of the best roasters in the UK. Apart from understanding what we wanted they also roast using methods that are actually saving our planet. One method is reusing used coffee grounds to create the thermal energy needed to roast our beans.

Q: When do you roast?

A: Our roaster is a small batch roaster and will not roast tonnes of beans then have them sit in a warehouse for months. They roast to order so your beans will not be old when you get them, this is the beauty of why we chose them.

Q: How long will my coffee last for?

A: Ideally use the coffee within 4 weeks of opening. You can store your unopened coffee for up to 9 months in a cool dark place.

Q: When will you ship my coffee?

A: Most orders are shipped the day after receiving, this allows our roaster time to roast and bag your beans.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: For small orders up to 750g we use Royal Mail so please allow 2 to 3 days. For larger orders over 750g we normally use DPD  and you order again would be within 3 days.
